One thing I should mention, when we took off early this morning, Michael was driving out of the driveway and for some reason, the truck wouldn't go. I hopped out and saw that one of the legs was down to the 5th wheel. Ooops. That is why I have to check everything Michael does twice.
Our first real stop was at Murray Family Farms outside of Bakersfield.
Along the way saw some beautiful high desert scenery.
The Borax Mining Factory. A sign along the highway near Edwards Air Force Base
enticed us to stop and take a look at the Aerospace Museum and the Borax
Museum.
