Yesterday we spent the day in Tomales Bay at the annual swap meet selling our wares. The weather was not co-operating with what all the vendors had had in mind. It was a continual drizzle all morning and into the afternoon, but who's complaining? Not I.
Our very dear friends drove all the way from Sacramento to hang out with us and we made new acquaintances, sold a bunch of goats, a weather vane, a wine rack and a few other things. All in all, it was a wonderful day. Afterward, the four of us drove over to Occidental to our other friends, Ken and Cindy's, house for a little visit and to see their place amongst the vineyards. How beautiful. Next time we go, I'll have to get some pictures and post them for you to see.
Cindy showed us a lamp shade that she redesigned and decorated using some paint and shards of broken up glass. Very cool lady and so creative.
