Our friend, Rich, in Irish Beach, built a trail down to the creek which is behind his house.

We get our little speech about how steep it is and how he built rails and ropes to hang onto in some spots. Rich even had walking sticks all ready for each of us. What a sweet guy!
Starting out.
Down we go.
See how Rich put in steps and posts with rails? Hard work! He had to carry many buckets of cement and water down and did it all on the spot.

He made and painted a couple of chairs for a quiet and peaceful retreat.
