Gorgeous Bodega Bay

Just returned from a two night camping trip to Bodega Bay
with two of our friends, Andy and Donna.  It was wonderful.  Poured down rain all night on Sunday.  Pitter patter went the rain on the rooftop of our camper.  We were cozy and warm inside with our fireplace going.

The four of us relaxed, went for walks, drove to Duncan Mills yesterday and went to Lucas Wharf for dinner last night.  Ate clam chowder and crab cakes for lunch.  Had cheese and crackers and wine.  Watched movies at night.  We drove out to Bodega Head and got in a nice long hike this morning before we took off for home.

Here's a few pictures from our stay.  Pelicans, sea gulls, shorebirds and small black birds were everywhere.  Every morning we woke up to sea lions splashing at the birds right in front of our 5th wheel.  We were camping right next to the water.

We drove to Dillon Beach and spotted two of our goats out in the yard that these two ladies bought from us several years ago in Tomales Bay at a craft fair.
